1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Specification Atlas platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Specification Atlas is operated by a business entity registered in Kadıköy, Marmara Region, Turkey. These terms govern your use of our diagnostic platform for commercial interior specification, material selection, and performance data analysis.

2. Description of Service

Specification Atlas is a diagnostic platform designed to help interior designers and hospitality buyers specify durable materials for high-traffic commercial spaces. The Service provides:

• Material performance data and failure-mode comparisons
• Specification guidance aligned with spatial-condition scenarios
• CAD integration workflows and sourcing pathways
• Lead-time calculators and project timeline references
• Technical datasheets and installation context documentation

The Service is intended to support professional specification decisions in commercial interior design and hospitality procurement. It is not a substitute for independent professional judgment, site-specific testing, or consultation with material manufacturers and installation specialists.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform
• Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service
• Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting material performance data or specification content for commercial resale without written permission
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data at scale
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

4. User Accounts and Credentials

If the Service requires account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, text, material datasheets, specification diagrams, performance metrics, CAD templates, and other materials on the Service (collectively, "Content") are the property of Specification Atlas or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your professional specification and procurement purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Content
• Distribute, sell, lease, or transfer the Content to third parties
• Use the Content for competing commercial platforms or services
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Material performance data, failure-mode comparisons, and installation timelines referenced on the Service are compiled from manufacturer specifications, field documentation, and industry research. These materials remain the intellectual property of Specification Atlas unless otherwise attributed to a third-party source.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Service permits you to submit, upload, or contribute content (such as project notes, material selections, or specification feedback), you retain ownership of that content but grant Specification Atlas a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submission for the purpose of improving the Service and providing better specification guidance to other users. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Specification Atlas makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Material performance data will be accurate, complete, or current in all circumstances
• Specification recommendations will prevent material failure or meet all project requirements
• The Service will be compatible with all hardware, software, or third-party systems

Material performance timelines, durability claims, and failure-mode data are based on documented field conditions and manufacturer specifications. Actual performance depends on installation quality, maintenance practices, environmental factors, and site-specific conditions that may vary from the scenarios presented on the Service. You are responsible for validating all specification decisions with material manufacturers, installation specialists, and independent testing where required by project scope or regulatory standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Specification Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or cost of cover, even if Specification Atlas has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. If you have paid fees for premium access to the Service, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of liability for certain types of harm. If such limitations are found to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the above limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Specification Atlas, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property right
• Content you submit or contribute to the Service
• Your specification decisions or material selections based on the Service

10. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, material suppliers, manufacturers, and resources. Specification Atlas does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of linked sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before providing personal or payment information.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension and Termination

Specification Atlas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Specification Atlas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature thereof at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Turkey. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Specification Atlas regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
